Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Work by Orif, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. The Service

Work by Orif is a task-management platform with automated daily reporting and AI-powered summaries and chat. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@orif.ai of any unauthorized use.

4. Organizations and roles

The Service is organized around workspaces. Workspace owners and administrators manage members, roles, and content within their organization and are responsible for how their team uses the Service and for the data they add.

5. Plans, billing, and payments

The Service offers a free Starter plan and paid plans. Paid plans may be billed based on the number of seats or usage, as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or violates the law;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Reverse-engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law;
• Use the Service to send spam or malware.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant Orif AI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service, including processing by AI features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the Work by Orif brand, is owned by Orif AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the right to use the Service as permitted.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google, Stripe, Meta, and AI providers. Your use of those features may be subject to the third party's own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

10. AI features

AI-generated summaries, suggestions, and responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and do not constitute professional advice. You should review AI output before relying on it. You are responsible for decisions made based on AI features.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orif AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Orif AI harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by general principles of international commercial and data-protection practice. Orif AI is located in Uzbekistan. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first; please contact us at info@orif.ai before taking formal action.
